How to invest $50,000 to $100,000 for a monthly income

By Saad El Soussi, UAE-authorized finfluencer · Updated 2026-11-08

For a monthly income from $50,000 to $100,000, most people combine low-risk income (bank deposits, sukuk or bonds, dividend funds) with a smaller part in higher-return, higher-risk options such as property or an active trading strategy. Anything that promises a high fixed monthly return with no risk is a red flag.

How people usually split it

A common approach is to keep the larger part in low-risk income and put only money you could afford to lose into high-risk strategies. The split depends on your age, your other income and how you would feel about a bad month.

Where the 100% Strategy fits

The 100% Strategy is a high-risk option for the trading part: an automated gold strategy for $10,000 or more, run in accounts in your own name, with profit moved to your own savings account after each round and a public live record. It is not a deposit and has no fixed return. It is run by Saad El Soussi, an authorized finfluencer listed by the UAE Capital Market Authority, and is not available to UK residents.

Which one fits you?

Pick by the amount you want to start with. Both are run by the same team.

Questions people ask

Is a 5–10% monthly return realistic?

Not as a promise. Some strategies have months like that and months that lose. Anyone guaranteeing it is a warning sign.

Should I put everything in one place?

Most people spread it. A personal financial adviser can help you decide for your situation.
